“The Art of Hypnotising”

We start in the womb with our own hypnosis

Our dance with the natural and created world

Sensation and movement

Light and dark

Noises filtered through a bubble

Then we are born and the hypnotic play takes on a whole new intensity

Are we the magician?

Who has the power?

What is the game?

I feel we often yearn for the simple play of light and dark

Imaginings

Self hypnosis

When the self extended to the world around us and we had no idea yet of separation and little understanding of suffering

The biblical garden of Eden may be no more comfortable than the womb state

Now all these imaginings I speak are no more than my current self hypnosis

Music can hypnotise to create excitation or sooth

Touch as well

Do we like soft or hard?

How can we hold ourselves and others?

A smell can bring us right back to a moment of hypnosis by ourselves or the world

The mirrors that we play with will change the angle of light and dark

At the end of the day we can either be aware of the play

Be our own creators

Or follow the rhythms of other people’s hypnosis

We are the music

The cadences and nuances

The shadow on the wall and the one that casts it

We are the river flowing

The fire crackling

We too need air to work

Don’t forget to breathe

Start the fire

Differences in rhythms will change the pattern of our music

We are all a series of rhythms and movements than can be altered by changes in frequency

When we master these frequencies and the play of excitation, relaxation, focus and awe we are ready to become the magician

Make our own magic
